That damnable MTR段ng did it again.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- Heavy rains on Monday afternoon and evening led to flooding in Nitro and St. Albans that left many streets impassable and homes inundated with water.

Heavy rains started to fall about 4 p.m., with almost 2 inches of rain accumulating in half an hour.

Sewage started to seep into houses in St. Albans after drainage pipes could not handle that much rain in such a short period of time, according to a Metro 911 dispatcher.

Just when is the Legislature going to put a stop to this travesty of destruction and heartbreaks?

I demand that they pass a new Law in this next Special Session to remedy the problem.

Sam, poor timbering and mining can cause or exacerbate floods. That doesn't mean that all floods are caused by such.

Your logic is terrible.
