As seen here, WVU's recruiting class ranked 21st nationally and FIRST in the Big East with six 4 star recruits and 22 quality recruits overall including a 4 star QB, three 4 star wide receivers, a 4 star RB, and a 4 star DE, all areas in which WV needed to shore up.
This is the best class WVU has ever recruited by far. Given that a good portion of the starters and key reserves are returning, including a senior QB with some game experience who fits the new offense, which the players will have a spring and summer to perfect, I do believe last year's sub-par performance (I remember when 9-4 was the bomb) will not be repeated.
Kudos to Bill Stewart and his staff.
