He left that and Morgantown to try and be the next Bo for a 10% pay raise (It takes takes 20 years not counting taxes for him to break even with the buyout) instead of bing the man at WVU. What a dumba$$.

Well, OC, I'd like to buy the house, but how do you get the traitor smell out of it?
Do you get a finder's fee from the broker? Do people in WVA really have 2 million dollars (besides Rich Rodriguez, who is gone now). Maybe the ARC can do something with it....
