Post by Keli on Wed May 06, 2009 10:44 am

I don't know anything about that but I did notice you missed a May Day jab at the pagans. At least I think you didn't take one. I was really expecting something, Keli.

And I was really disappointed that he didn't "jab" the 50 year break of tradition when you-know-who didn't want to offend you know who so he cancelled the Christian Prayer Meeting at the WH.

I'm not one for bogus and/or showy displays of faith.

If Obama really is concerned about his relationship with God and seeks God's direction for the nation, then a prayer meeting is in order, but if not, his not having a prayer meeting was a good idea.

I now think that Obama should not lead the nation in prayer--until he prays the prayer of repentance of sin and faith in Christ. II Chronicles 7:14

Well now, he probably didn't want to repeat or mimic a prayer of his past Preacher ....... and a Muslim prayer would not have been PC.
