Except the Christians are not constantly filing Law Suites to force the people to ascribe to their beliefs.

That isn't true. Look at the amount of people that want their religious beliefs made into law.
Everything from cohabitation and censorship to prohibition, mostly pushed by christian action groups.
How does the ACLU force people to believe or disbelieve ANYTHING? All the ACLU does is seek to uphold EXISTING LAWS and defend the rights of individuals, christian or otherwise.
