Sadly, no. Joe watched in awe for fifty years as Byrd sent home the pork and pretty much did whatever he wanted while waving that little copy of the Constitution in everybody's face. More likely Joe will learn to play the fiddle and do a little clog dancing.

It tiz almost impossible to defeat an incumbent WV Democrat politician.
