Why haven't the Democrats passed a Budget?

Well "DUH", ....... they don't want a Budget ...... and aren't going to let one get passed iffen they can prevent it.

Well "DUH", ....... iffen they don't have a Budget ........ then Obama and the Democrats can ....... "borrow n' spend", ..... "borrow n' spend", ..... "borrow n' spend", ..... until the cows come home ....... and never have a Budget Deficit.


A much greater National Debt, ........ but no Budget Deficit, ......... and they can't be accused of causing one.
