Ironically, the National Biscuit Company has nothing to fear from Wetzel County while, at the same time, I have long considered Wetzel County the center of the cracker universe.

We had a Nabisco plant in my Illinois town; the building remains but has not been in use for a decade, now. It's a fascinating building, nice to look at, and a monument to the US business environment.

Meanwhile the Cracker Barrel one town over is doing gangbusters. I think Crackers and Cracker Barrels are more significantly correlated than are Crackers and Nabiscos, depending of course on your use of cracker.

The Green Party candidate for governor in Illinois was Rich Whitney, but the ballot printers mistakently printed "Rich Whitey." Mr Whitney, who I truly like, was gracious about the mistake, saying, "we all are rich whitey."

Nabisco, I believe, was first devoured by RJReynolds and is currently owned by Kraft.

What's the difference between a Wetzel County man and limburger cheese?

One smells bad and the other is often served with crackers.

One bad joke deserves another.

A couple were getting hot and heavy. The girl, forgetting her manners even in backseats of Chevies, asked her beau to "kiss her where it stinks." So they drove to Pittsburgh.
