Even if the upper figure of $3,000 is correct, how much in fuel costs will be avoided over the life of the car because of the decrease in fuel consumption?

Even if the upper figure of $3,000 is correct, how much in additional Taxes and finance charges will have to be paid over the life of the Loan and the car because of the increase in the retail cost?
