Link is to the vote on an amendment by Sen. Rand Paul to deny farm subsidies to Americans with a gross annual income in excess of $250,000. Only one democrat (Herb Kohl of Wisconsin) voted for it. Apparently subsidies are always good while tax cuts are always bad. Sadly, only fourteen republicans supported this amendment.
