Quieter Bells

The cops were called on SALVATION ARMY for ringing bells. There is a search on for a 'quieter bell'... The complainant plans to sue the Salvation Army. (They need to contact former Surgeon General Jocelyn Elders. She's still working on making safer bullets.)

I assure you that I am compos mentis when I ring the bell, which is more than I can say for half the people I see when I am ringing that bell!
