And Agencies of the US Federal Government will give it to you “FREE” without any restrictions and you don’t have to pay it back as long as you claim that human’s CO2 emissions are causing Climate Change.

If you don’t believe it then just ask Dr. Jagadish Shukla, a professor of climate dynamics at George Mason University who founded the Institute of Global Environment and Society (IGES).  IGES is a non-profit organization that has received millions of dollars in federal grants from the National Science Foundation (NSF), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and NASA.

Lamar Smith (R-Texas): “IGES appears to be almost fully funded by taxpayer money while simultaneously participating in partisan political activity by requesting a RICO investigation of companies and organizations that disagree with the Obama administration on climate change. In fact, IGES has reportedly received $63 million from taxpayers since 2001, comprising over 98 percent of its total revenue during that time.”

And don'tja be fergettin that Dr. Shukla and/or his IGES is just one (1) of hundreds of other College Professors, climate scientists and non-profit organizations that are sucking the "gold" out of the CAGW flim-flam "junk science" scam.
