Well at least one top financial guru is saying get your money out of the stock market NOW.
Even if you have to sell at a loss.
Especially if you are going to start drawing from your IRA or 401K within the next 5 years.

You're being a bit melodramatic, aren't you Sherm? And a bit misleading.
Besides, isn't the bill you favored so much supposed to save us?
Why will it take 5 years if you guys have complete control in a few short months?

Go back and read your post Sherm and then read what I copied.
You made it sound as if this guy was saying EVERYONE should empty money out of the stock market NOW and that's not the case.
Whether it was intentional or not, (I don't know and really don't care) you were misleading.
This individual recommended anyone needing money in the next 5 years ONLY to pull their money out of the stock market, not everyone.
And personally, I just don't see it. Why would people stop investing in companies like Coca-Cola, Wal Mart, Dell, and the thousands of other strong companies simply because banks made tons of bad decisons and are now paying the price for it?
