Seriously, folks. How did the county ever get to the point where a MORON like Palin was a nominee for national office? The only silver lining here is that she may contribute to one of the largest political routs in recent presidential electoral history.

Palin hatred has become a national hobby.

I should be fascinated to learn what could be unearthed by the kind of investigation into Obama, Biden, Frank, and Dodd that has been unearthed by the investigation into Palin.

Any Cook County politician would be proud to have done "so little" wrong as it appears Palin has.

The funny thing I get from my chats with bmd is that I can say "Palin was wrong, let's set a standard for all to follow" only to hear in retort that I am spinning the issue.

What is good for the goose is good for the gander. What Biden just realized is that the treatment of Bush as the great Satan responsible for all of the nation's ills might well become the treatment of the anointed holy one, Barack "the Giver" Obama. He's begun his apologies early.

Frankly, I can't see Biden's credibility - less than 2% of the presidential vote for the short time (what? a year?) in the race; proven plagiarizer; proven bald man; senator from MNBA (credit card scandal).

bmd, I believe that it is the actions of the "troughfeeders" like yourself, your relatives and your racial kin ....... that may contribute to one of the largest political routs in recent presidential electoral history.

You all keep badmouthing Palin and it will surely cost Obama the Election.

And what a pity that would be, Obama spending almost a BILLION DOLAR$ to "buy the job of POTUS" ......... only to be rejected by the people.

Doubt it. But, as I have said before (in so many words), John McCain's selection of Palin has surely helped to cost the GOP this election. AND, that may be as true for the presidential race as it is for this year's senatorial races.

Let me get this straight, the Vice Presidential candidate that knows and comprehends what role the Constitution provides for the VP in the Senate is supposedly on drugs.

The Constitution says the VP is the President of the Senate. It doesn't call it a ceremonial role, it doesn't say only on special occasions. It says what it says. It isn't Palin's fault Joe Biden doesn't know what the Constitution lays out for the VP in the Senate just as it isn't her fault VP's for the better part of the past century have decided not to play that role.

He has the idea he doesn’t realize that Article I of the Constitution defines the role of the vice president of the United States, that’s the executive — he works in the executive branch. He should understand that. Everyone should understand that. Joe Biden, D-gaffe city

Sounds pretty ceremonial to me.

And, McCain appear to agree; "The vice president has two duties. One is to inquire daily as to the health of the president, and the other is to attend the funerals of Third World dictators."

Liberals like Billy here are SCARED SHITLESS of Palin because they know she appeals to the right of the party and that when properly motivated, the right will stomp all over ubaliberals like himself time and time again. They remember 2000 and 2004 and they're are scared worse then whipped puppies that history is about to repeat itself BECAUSE of Sarah Palin, thus the constant attacks that have lead to distortions and lies about her entire life.

Underneath Billy's bravado, there's a huge yellow streak that runs from the top of his head to the bottom of his feet. It's a common trait among the yellowstreakbigmouthubaliberals. His only defense is to bark as loud and as long as he can because he has no teeth.
