Examining all the expenditures Empty Examining all the expenditures

Obama promised to do some analysis on the federal spending. Guess what? He cut defense spending and only one other department: the Department of Labor. No, he didn't cut training he cut the federal expenditure that examined labor's books for corruption. The signal is clearly that labor corruption will be tolerated. Even Boosh moron monkey boy was able to prosecute nearly one thousand crooks who misappropriated union funds for personal use. Explain to me how allowing his dues to be stolen helps the "little guy".

Well "DUH", it doesn't.

But it sure as hell guarantees that Union Management will keep spending huge sums of Union Members Dues to support Democrat Candidates.

That ruling plus giving the Unions the Lion's share of GM ownership will only exacerbate and perpetuate said corruption and Democratic support.

"labor corruption will be tolerated"

The Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 (29
Landrum-Griffin Act
U.S.C.A. § 401 et seq.), commonly known as the Landrum-Griffin Act, is an important component of federal labor law. The act was named after its sponsors, Representative Phillip M. Landrum of Georgia and Senator Robert P. Griffin of Michigan. The provisions of Landrum-Griffin seek to prevent union corruption and to guarantee union members that unions will be run democratically.

If the budget was cut for those responsible for enforcing Landrum-Griffin Act then I'd say that's a pretty good way to circumvent the act, wouldn't you hacker?

That's why Obama reduced funding for enforcement of labor corruption, so that no one could PROVE in court that laws were being broken, right Hacker.

Cutting funds for investigation and enforcement sure sounds like a good way to circumvent the law to me.

Your quoting of the act shows that you missed the point. Laws are lovely but without enforcement, they might as well not exist.

Hacker I wonder if you have ever heard the term "policy implementation." A good example of this is the speed limit. Some areas are known as "speed traps" while in others you wonder why they bother putting up a sign in the first place.

OC,

I hope that you are well. I wonder how the "moron monkey boy" is fairing. I hope that his retirement is blessing him.

It is almost comedic in how the very same people wanting Bush's head on a daily basis want us to give Obama a "chance."
