Their fears of riotous rebuttal if Obama was to be proven unqualified to be POTUS would GREATLY exceed their like fears of what would have happened if OJ had been found guilty for murdering his wife.
Thus, the Courts, the Justice Department and Congress are being "held hostage" merilly on the fact of that resultant possibility .
So don't be holding your breath, for something to come of this.
It ain't gonna happen.
