DISCLOSE Act - yet another sop to unions? Empty DISCLOSE Act - yet another sop to unions?

Is it right to shut down the free speech of private or publically traded companies? Maybe. Why would unions get a pass? They do in the DISCLOSE Act abortion currently under consideration in the bought-and-paid-for Congress.
