I didn't take the time to read the article, but I have to tell you if I was business owner and I could move over seas, I would. One can't afford to operate in this nation. Between the over regulation and over taxation, one is better off not operating or moving out of the US to operate.

But Rush Limbaugh blames "environmental wackos" for the looming demise of incandescent bulbs. Could he possibly be wrong about that? GE has for more lobbying clout than all the "environmental wacko" groups combined.

If what you are saying is so, then the incandescent bulb would still be around. The fact of the matter is most of the scum in congress is so far left, they make Lenin look like a right wing nut.

However, that fact of the matter is your beleoved congress is running businesses out of the country.

Were that true, the EPA wouldn't be taking the action they are regarding MTM.

Well, as you said on the other thread, maybe it is time to start treating people- and businesses- like a certain level of reponsible behavior is required.

Maybe its time you grew up and quite acting like a spoiled teenager that thinks he knows it all when in reality he knows nothing.

I have no idea but the standard is the same unless of course the environmental whacko's opposed to incandescent light bulbs have far more clout and legitimacy then the environmental whack's who oppose MTR.

Are you saying that is the case?

Once again, your point out your own hypocrisy. You are all for "responsible behavior" for real people. But if we expect responsible behavior from corporations, you say that we are "acting like a spoiled teenager" and "running business out of the country".

If businessses will not adhere to a certain level of responsible behavior, then they should be run out of the country. Good riddance.

But your attitude amounts to saying that there is "only one standard of responsibility" for real people, but that there are no standards of responsibility for corporations.

But we are not surprised. You told us yesterday that you oppose welfare for real people, but that corporate welfare is OK. So at least you are being consistant by giving corporations a free pass, while you require "responsible behavior" from real people.
