ObamaCare Question:
A good question was raised on Rush today: Where does one go to apply for an exemption from ObamaCare like the 200+ unions and businesses have been given?

Re: ObamaCare Question:
To your union, of course. And if you don't have one, then organize one! Every working person- even a preacher- needs a union.

Re: ObamaCare Question:
If America becomes a country where everyone needs to pay someone else to look out for them knowing that this history of unions is little better then organized crime syndicates, it's time to head to Argentina, Brazil or somewhere else that treats the working man as something more then a dues payer.

Re: ObamaCare Question:
There is strength in numbers. Just ask the Chamber of Commerce or a myriad number of other industrial and commercial business organizations.

Do you think that environmental groups should be exempt?

WHOA, did you misunderstand what Rush said or was Fox reporting wrong numbers yesterday evening ?
They said it was like 800+ unions and businesses that had been given exemptions from ObamaCare.

Maybe we should start a business helping people to apply for an exemption to the mandatory program?

Re: ObamaCare Question:
There's also honor among theives, which is pretty much what most unions are. I know the history of unions and I know what they've become. There's a reason less then 7% of private industry employees choose union representation. They no longer have any power other then to pry hard earned dollars from paying members.

Re: ObamaCare Question:
They spent millions electing Obama and then lobbying for his mandatory health care program. Then strolled in the back door and got their exemptions. The "most open" administration in history is the most crooked in my memory.
It was a functionary of the SEIU in New York that wrote most of the gibberish that is Obamacare. You remember the SEIU in New York. They made a pact with the hospitals to avoid state law that disallows hospitals to lobby the state government. If the hospitals kept quiet while SEIU organized their workers, SEIU would run the hospitals' lobbying for them. As a direct result New York's Medicare expenditures exceed California's and Texas' combined total expenditure.
Organize for what? The right to take to the streets when the system collapses? I already got that right.

Re: ObamaCare Question:
I think that environmental groups should be exempt from getting, having or receiving any of "the fruits of the labors" of any of the groups they are demanding be stopped from doing what they do to provide said "fruits".
Instead of appeasing and letting environmental groups sit around on their asses complaining about what someone else is doing in a concerted effort to stop them from doing it ............ it is time that the environmentalists be forced to invent, construct, build or provide an alternative or replacement for that which they want to rid the planet of.
