The EPA’S big corporation crackdown readies for launch Empty The EPA’S big corporation crackdown readies for launch

The EPA will launch the most dramatic anti-pollution regulation in a generation early next month, a sweeping crackdown on carbon that offers President Barack Obama his last real shot at a legacy on climate change — while causing significant political peril for red-state Democrats.

The move could produce a dramatic makeover of the power industry, shifting it away from coal-burning plants toward natural gas, solar and wind.

The EPA’s proposed rule is aimed at scaling back carbon emissions from existing power plants, the nation’s largest source of greenhouse gases. It’s scheduled for a public rollout June 2, after months of efforts by the administration to publicize the mounting (pseudo) scientific evidence that rising seas, melting glaciers and worsening storms pose a danger to human society

The greatest danger to human society, and specifically the American society, is the “fear mongering” junk science claims of carbon (CO2) pollution of the atmosphere which are the “drivers” of the anti-pollution regulation that corporations, businesses and the people are and/or will be mandated by Law to comply with.

Said carbon (CO2) anti-pollution regulations will serve no purpose whatsoever except for: 1) extorting more n’ more money from the working class citizens for re-distribution to the “troughfeeders” and the politically connected; 2) exponentially increasing the “rate of inflation” of the costs of all goods and services; 3) driving the working class citizens deeper into debt thus prohibiting them from acquiring the “better-things-in-life” that they have become accustomed to; 4) forcing the working class citizens to be totally subservient to the “will & pleasure” of the political “whims” of the governing bureaucracy; and/or 5) permitting the “enemy within” to take dictatorial control over the populace and the Rule of Law …… without ever “firing a shot or exploding a bomb”.

[article] But for coal country, the rule is yet another indignity for an industry already facing a wave of power plant shutdowns amid hostile market forces and a series of separate EPA air regulations. Coal-state Democrats like West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin have joined the criticism, echoing industry warnings that the fossil fuel was crucial to keeping the lights on in much of the U.S. during this past brutal winter.

Fossil fuels, especially coal, is even more crucial to the maintaining and preserving of the “American freedom way of life” in the event of another major war simply because America is not capable of defending or protecting itself without said fossil fuels and would either be forced to surrender to the demands of its enemy or to use nuclear bombs and missiles to defend itself.
