McGovern to endorse Obama. And why shouldn't he? It's the same coalitions: the unreliable youth vote, the pointy-headed academics. The only twist is the African-American vote.

I figure his endorsement will help about as much as Ted Kennedy and John Kerry.

Heck Obama was doing better before they endorsed him in Mass and California.

Then after their endorsement Hillary won by double digits.

Obama's arrogant supporters are his biggest stumblingblock.

You should hear all the elitist limolibs on Sirius Left.

They repeat all the most vile anti-clinton vitriol at least as bad as the Limbaugh bunch does.

Ya gotta figure that is due in large part because they see her as tearing the party apart for a victory she can't possibly achieve.

I don't think that her purpose is to tear the party apart. But in willingly assuming the position of co-General in Rush Limbaugh's Operation Chaos, she is blinded by her focus on the battle at hand instead of the longer range war.

I didn't mean to imply that was her intent, but that is the result. She is hurting her party. I'd say I couldn't care less......but I'm actually rather enjoying it.

I think if ever in my lifetime there was an opportunity for a 3rd party candidate to be victorious, this is it. I'm crossing my fingers & my toes in hope the Libertarian Party puts forward a decent candidate.
