There's a lot to be said for on the job training.

I think he'll be fine so long as he keeps a good staff around him.

The one thing that worries me is that a bigger program will lure some of his better coaches, notably the D-Coordinator Casteel, away with more money.

I'm of two minds about Stew right now - I still think he's in over his head but, on the other hand, he won as many bowl games as R-Rod.

West Virginia was ranked 23rd in the final AP poll marking 5 straight years they've been ranked in the top 25.
