If B.O., Magic Negro, can move from community organizer to POTUS, then Leon Panetta, Magic Italian, can move from nice guy Italian, whose mother always believed he could do anything, to being CIA Director. Hey! They both can learn OJT! (What have we got to lose? At least the French will like us!)

What is the presidency other than administering and maintaining some measure of organization of a very large community?
