Barney Frank's Plan to End the Recession!

This is rich. Barney Frank, the Chairman of the House Banking Committee and individual who oversaw the collapse of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the government-sponsored enterprises, is claiming that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac need to take on more unsecured risk in condominiums to end the doldrums. Why not? Barney's never steered us wrong before...
