Toilet paper shortage or not, the average Cuban lives longer than the average American. But
an American's healthcare costs more than 10 times what the Cuban's costs, according to the World Health Organization.

There seems to be little relationship between the cost of our healthcare and how long we'll live.

I wonder who has a better quality of life and more freedoms.

From 1986 to 1993, Santiago de las Vegas epitomized the country's much criticized quarantine that kept people with HIV apart from the general public.
