The Senate Finance Committee drops contentious "death panel" provision from "health insurance" reform proposal after Obama debunks Palin's "fishy" assertion that death panels will kill her severely disabled son. Is this a case of Obama making a declaration which then requires the Senate panel to act to make it true? Can someone get this man a teleprompter?
