CIA: Can't Interrogate Anybody
Eric Holder reassured Senators pondering his nomination to Attorney General that he would not prosecute CIA interrogators retroactively:

So far his promise not to prosecute gun-toting Black Panthers at polling places in Philadelphia is holding up.
Looks like administration policy is to foster timidity in the prosecution of the war on terror.

The voting public elected someone sympathic to terrorists and this is what happens.
