I heard this and I was completely incredulous. This is one of those "you have got to be kidding" moments.
Only they are not, and the delta smelt is taking precedence over livelihoods and food supplies.
Not good.
Of course, I am sure any demands that Obama step in and open up the water supply will be meant with charges of racism somehow, if Obama is then criticized for lack of action.
