White House Gopher distributing white lab coats to "doctors" who neglected to wear the uniform of the day for Rose Garden photo op.

And probably every one of them is on the Government payroll.

I was told by a friend who worked in DC that whenever the President staged a "photo op" outside, a call would be made to one of the Agencies ..... and all the employees were told to "get out there and create an audience for the News Media".
