Gibbs says the President was busy watching an HBO re-run of the documentary exploring his election. He was too busy to pay attention to the election returns. It wasn't Obama that got small - it was the elections!

Obama needs the R&R.

I mean like 2 or 3 speeches every day is really taxing on the mind and body.

I agree that what is good for one president should be good for the other. Criticism or contempt, the same standard ought to apply.

I feel that both Presidents and Congressmen have greater free time advantages than do the rest of us, but perhaps it is a necessity. I should like to know how much vacation is too much, and for that standard to be applied uniformly.

I should also like to know if Bush were to have censored MSNBC, if more people would have taken issue now than are with Obama's censoring of FOX.

Congress was in the Capitol this past weekend.

That was the 1st work week greater than 3 days since January.

Yes, and now that you've seen what they've done don't you wish they'd return to 2 & 3 day work weeks?

Is he [Obama] censoring or ridiculing?

FOX has every right to say their piece. However, like most of the MSM, left and right, it is difficult to call it news

The other news agencies call it news as they refused to cover a recent event in which the White House initially denied Fox access until such access was granted.

This is a battle Obama can't win and should back off of unless he wants to cost his party dearly next year.
