What is it?

I've been laughing at UFO enthusiasts for years but I wonder if it is time to stop laughing and start wondering if 'the truth is out there.' Take a look at the following.
It's a bird, or is it a plane? Or is it....
Take a look at "Dazzling Light Show Sparks UFO Buzz." Be sure to watch the video. I've never seen anything like it. The Russians categorically deny it was a missile fired by them.

Seems as though the Russians have accepted responsibility. What I found weird about it was the spiral affect. I wonder if the Russians have discovered a new form of propulsion we should be aware of.
