Multicultural diversity or surrender to demographics? Either way, it cannot happen here...Right?

Why in hell would any civilized country need "a new Law" to prosecute anyone permitting, condoning, abetting or performing FGM?

JESUS, if a parent can be arrested, thrown into jail and/or their child/children taken away from them if they so much a "slap them side the head or across their ass" ..... and leave a "red" mark, ...... then surely cutting on/off their gentalias with a razor blade or piece of broken glass would constitute an arrestable offense.

Are the Authorities afraid to pass specific Laws and/or to prosecute the parents, etc., for acts of FGM solely on the grounds that ..... they would have to do the same for acts of MGM (male genital mutilation {circumcisions})?

Me thinks maybe the Lawmakers and Enforcers are inbetween a ...... "sensitive hard-on and a clitorial orgasm" ...... and don't know the best way to "massage" one and not the other.
