POLITICAL PROPHECY: The whole yellow-journalism McCain-gate revelation by the NYT was a diversive smokescreen to prepare for a Obama-bombshell on or about March 1st (March will come in like a Lyin'!). This bombshell (aka Instigate) will be an unfounded accusation of some dire, dastardly, dark, dirty, defamatory deed of Obama--another bastard birthed by the Old Gray Lady. It too will be immediately seen as another cheap smear. Hillary will champion truth, justice and the American way by coming to poor Obama's defense--stopping a virtual lynching--and will call for the NYT's editor to resign! Thus, surreptitiously placing herself in position for a win/win situation: (Win 1) She and her minions hope that this rescue will help Her Thighness to garner her the 55% of the remaining popular vote which she must have in order to win the primary. (Win 2) That failing--she hopes secondly that by appearing to defend Obama she will set herself up for the Vice-Presidency (Co-Presidency in her mind) and the promise of being made the Universal Health Care Czarling--the fulfillment of her 35+ years of selfless public service--yada yada yada...ad nauseum.

Hi Armon,
It's feasible, but I think the NYT wanted McCain to get the nomination (as their preferred Republican, if such an adjective can even be used) but now that he's got it, they want him to lose.
I think the NYT staff by and large has nocturnal emissions whenever they consider Obama or Clinton.

The slanderous picture of Obama in Moslem clothes is NOTHING compared to what the Clintons have planned for Friday the 29th of February. Look for it to come out at about 4PM.
