Hot Tip: Howard Zinn was a Communist!

As news flashes go, this one leaves something to be desired. Has the mainstream media ignored this? Well, yes, but then Zinn is still dead. McCarthy's Un-American Activities Subcommittee has been disbanded and largely discredited by History (note the capital H). I find it interesting that Zinn did his undergraduate work at Columbia, the same abysmal abyss that spawned the youthful Whittaker Chambers, a former Communist who at least had the courage to admit it.
