I would question when this first became public.

I don't know, Aaron. All I know is I've never seen this before.

Regardless of where he was born, his mother is a United States citizen and according to the law, had a residence in the United States. IMHO, Barrack Obama is a United States citizen and all this issue does is detract from the real issues that we as a society should be discussing.

As for this document the earliest date I saw on a quick google was August, 2009. I'm sure this is nothing more then someone trying to keep a non-issue alive.

I'm pretty sure your statement is incorrect, Aaron. I think that law, the one granting automatic citizenship to a child born of a US citizen overseas was passed after Obama's birth. I'd have to really look into it and I'm not altogether that interested.

So, you're saying these documents have been available online for over a year? Interesting.....

Actually I believe it did apply but there were stipulations that since whe wasn't 21 and had not lived as an adult for 3 years, the citizenship rule wouldn't apply. I think that's hogwash. As far as I'm concerned, this is a non-issue.
