Wells Fargo's Third Party Administrators division is expected to move its offices -- and more than 500 employees -- from the Woodrums Building in downtown Charleston to Building 6000 on the Dow Chemical Co. campus in South Charleston, according to officials familiar with the negotiations.

Charleston Mayor Danny Jones said the city will likely lose $1 million a year in tax revenues and parking fees after Wells Fargo leaves downtown Charleston. Wells Fargo employees park in a city-owned parking garage.
