Today, Obama told a North Carolina audience, "If you love me you will help me pass this bill!" The bill in question has yet to be introduced in the House of Representatives and, therefore, remains unscored by the Congressional Budget Office. Maybe somebody could type this fact into his teleprompter and save him some embarrassment.

It would appear this bill will have to be passed in order for us to learn what's in it, how much it will cost, and how it will be paid for.
