Does anyone know if Nader will be on the ballot in WV?

Nader, through his own statements, is no longer a prospective Green Party candidate for president. So it is unlikely he will be on the WV Mountain Party / Green Party ballot.
He says that he is an "independent" candidate for president. So he might do a signature petition drive to get on the ballot in WV. He has done that 3 times in the past already- 1996, 2000 & 2004. He would have until August 1st to gather and file the required 14,000 or so valid petition signatures.
