Obama: You Can't Overturn a Duly Enacted Law

Obama threatened the Supreme Court by saying they could not overturn a duly enacted law enacted by a bipartisan majority (Obamacare was not enacted by a bipartisan majority). Subsequently he overturned a duly enacted law enacted by a bipartisan majority. He changed the work rules required by the Welfare Reform Act of 1996, enacted by republican majorities in both Houses and signed by Bill Clinton.
