I know a Vet who has to regularly be reevaluated for his disability. If they make veterans go for regular reevaluations of their disability, why don't they make civilians do the same?

HA, the VA Doctors don't charge or get paid for each patient they check-out.
Can you guess what it would cost them to re-evaluate every WV'ian that is receiving a state or federal disability check.

They would have to charge me another $1/pack cigarette tax to pay for it.
