Alicia Keys says that the US Government is behind "Gangsta' Rap." It is a government plot to have blacks to kill blacks. How silly! It is just white people that want blacks to kill blacks--not the government. Liberals in the US Government want blacks kept in welfare chains and to vote for Democrats to keep them chained.
