Senator Manchin,

You voted for Obamacare--without reading it--and more people have lost their insurance than have been covered by Obamacare.

You let the EPA wage Obama's war on coal without a peep.

You let the IRS use its unbridled power to intimidate conservatives and stalled their applications for tax exemption for over three years while the IRS gave the president's half-brother a tax exempt status in 27 days.

You have allowed the NSA to violate the privacy rights of good citizens without legal warrant.

Now, will you allow the FCC to allow a "monitor" to be assigned to news media offices with the threat to take away licenses of media outlets that don't toe the line of the Obama regime?

Sir, your predecessor carried a copy of the Constitution with him at all times. When are you--and your crony democrats--going to put a stop to this imperial president's using the Constitution for toilet paper?

I am ashamed of you. I will never vote for you again.

You forgot the EPA's War on Coal and the WV coal miners and all the manufacturers, businesses and WV citizens that depend on coal production.
