No, it is not.
But my opinion is that the "war on drugs" has been a miserable failure- in more ways than one.
BTW, I am not a druggie, nor an illegal drug advocate, nor have I ever been either. It's just that the "drug war" has been no more successful than prohibition of alcohol was in the earlly 20th century.

Before I became a baby making machine I did stuff. lol
I don't advocate recreational drug use. I just don't think it's the government's business what people smoke, snort, or shoot-up provided they aren't driving cars, operating heavy machinery or caring for children while they're wasted.
I see it as a medical/mental health issue. I'm not sure who is in more dire need of psychiatric services, the druggies or the politicians who insist on criminalizing recreational drug use.
