Should the media and pollsters bear responsibility for inciting riots?

If the pollsters and the media have deliberately created a false conviction that the election is a shoe-in for Obamessiah--and he loses; and, the result is rioting by his incredulous devotees, then should said media and pollsters bear responsibility for the aforementioned riots??
