This is the Senate's equivalent of a youth movement: Ninety-year-old Sen. Robert Byrd said Friday he's stepping down as chairman of the powerful appropriations committee. He'll be replaced by Sen. Daniel Inouye, D-Hawaii, who's 84.

Well Aaron did you see the long list of Byrd projects that will benefit us in the coming year Aaron?
I believe it included several million to upgrade Rt. 35.

And once again Sherman, why should residents of Alaska or California pay for West Virginian's lot in life?
