How the Shermmy Democrats create jobs with tax money.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- West Virginia has given taxpayer-funded incentives to private companies that have later cut jobs, according to a report released today by the West Virginia Center on Budget and Policy.

But the Center on Budget and Policy report cites several examples of businesses that participated and later cut jobs.

For instance, between 2003 and 2006, Interstate Hardwoods of Pocahontas County received WVEDA loans of more than $722,000 and up to $150,000 in state tax credits. During the time, the company reduced its workforce from 215 to 200 employees.

In Kanawha County, the Charleston Stamping plant received a $15 million loan from the WVEDA in May 2007, according to the report.

As of January 2009, the company had installed 45 robots on its assembly lines, the report says. Now, only 25 people work there, compared to 1,000 a few years ago.

We're putting a robot in the plant in Cincinnati. It'll do the work of 2 men and doesn't take breaks, lunches, half hour bathroom visit's, show up late or leave early and it's girlfriend doesn't call 11 times a day to talk to her babies daddy.

I've heard it all in 10 years but hey, that's who created the wealth so what can I do.
