Somali pirates hijacked an American-owned tugboat

Well, they now know they can get by with it ...... because Obama is not going to do anything.

So, as long as they hijack another boat flying the American Flag and hold the crew as prisoners ........ before they release the previous hijacked crew for the ransom money, ....... then Obama and his cohorts will do nothing because they are firmly committed to "negotiating the release of any captives/victims/prisoners before any physical action is instigated".

So, just as soon as the ransom is paid for that Captain of the 1st hijacking, ....... they will hijack a 3rd boat ...... and etc.
