SCOTUS: "Supreme Catholicourt of the U.S.?"

Does the fact that, if Sonia Sotomayor is confirmed, she would be the sixth SCOTUS justice that is Roman Catholic concern any of you separation of church and state anal retentives? Dare I ask? Where is the Atheisolsticystic representation on the Court?? Ziggy, are you going to file a lawsuit with the ACLU--or what? (If you do, DON'T let SS file it, she only gets it right 40% of the time.)
