Why Obama's government is clueless

The graph above purports to show the proportion of cabinet appointments with private sector experience going back to Theordore Roosevelt. Apparently, the cabinet is full of academics, political hacks, union activists, community organizers, and ne-er do wells. None has ever met a payroll. None has ever produced anything saleable. It is arguably the least accomplished group of sycophants ever foisted upon the nation.
