Inspecting the place .... or inspecting the taste?

Legislative Auditor Aaron Allred told me of one state employee who had multiple accidents that cost the state $462,000.

Allred said he did not know whether that worker had been disciplined, but unless he or she is a brain surgeon - he's not; he worked for the Alcohol Beverage Control Administration - it's difficult to imagine what value that person brings to the state that's worth the liability.
